Meet the Team

Orla joined Beaumont People in September 2025 and is based in the Melbourne office, recruiting nationally. Originally from Ireland, she brings international recruitment experience across Europe and the USA, specialising in tech, data and finance roles, a focus she continues in Australia.

Before moving into recruitment, Orla explored several fields including radio and podcasting. This sparked a strong interest in people, what drives them and what they value in their careers. Helping candidates find meaningful work and a culture where they can genuinely thrive is at the centre of Orla’s approach.

Outside of work, Orla has a strong passion for sport. Having played a wide range of sports growing up, she now focuses mainly on running and Gaelic football.
