Meet the Team

Orla joined the Beaumont People team in September 2025 in the Melbourne office. An Irish native - Orla has a background recruiting across Europe and the USA before branching into the Australian market. Prior to recruitment, Orla dabbled in a few areas including radio and podcasting, which ignited a passion for learning about people and what motivates/interests them in life. Helping someone to find meaningful work and environment that they’re truly happy in is Orla’s main goal.

 

Outside of work, Orla has a keen interest in sport. Having played almost everything as a child, she now focuses mostly on running and Gaelic Football.
