Meet the Team

Mia is an Associate Consultant with a background in Commonwealth government recruitment. Mia’s interest in people and culture drives her passion for connecting the right candidate to the right role.

Having studied Asian Studies with a major in Pacific Studies, and completing part of her university studies in Fiji and Malaysia, Mia’s experiences have shaped her strong interest in people, communities and the environments that help organisations and individuals thrive.

She is particularly passionate about youth homelessness and values the opportunity to contribute to work that supports stronger communities and positive social impact.

On weekends, Mia can usually be found trying to soak up as much sun as possible, whether that is on a hiking trail or working her way through a cryptic crossword in the park.
