Lucy is a Recruitment Consultant within Beaumont People’s Associations & Memberships team, specialising in temporary recruitment across business support and corporate services functions. Having previously recruited within the charity and not-for-profit sector, Lucy brings a relationship-driven approach and enjoys helping organisations find the right people to keep their teams running smoothly.

Known for her genuine, approachable style, Lucy is passionate about building lasting connections with both clients and candidates. She takes the time to understand what people are looking for and is committed to delivering a positive recruitment experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys staying active and making the most of Sydney’s beautiful coastal walks and running trails. She also loves discovering new restaurants, cafés and wine bars, and can often be found planning her next travel adventure or catching up with friends and family.
