With over 20 years of experience in recruitment, Lisa brings deep expertise in partnering with organisations to identify and secure high-quality talent. Her background also includes several years in organisational and talent development, providing her with a strong understanding of workforce strategy, capability building, and long-term talent outcomes.

Lisa has studied Human Resources and holds accreditations in Human Synergistics, Predictive Index, and Dare to Lead, further strengthening her ability to support clients with insight-led, values-driven recruitment solutions.
