Kiah Hillier is a Principal Recruitment Consultant within Beaumont People’s Education practice, specialising in permanent non-teaching appointments across schools and education providers. With a background spanning both education and recruitment, Kiah brings first-hand understanding of the challenges facing today's education sector.
