Principal Recruitment Consultant

Specialising in permanent Corporate Services roles within independent schools and the broader education sector, I partner with Principals and leadership teams to appoint the operational professionals who sit behind strong, successful institutions.

My focus is exclusively on non-teaching, internal roles. These are the professionals responsible for finance, people and culture, technology, governance, compliance and operational delivery who ensure day to day functions run seamlessly and sustainably.

I recruit across all levels, including but not limited to: 

  • Senior operational leadership including Director of Corporate Services and Business Managers
  • Finance and Accounts including Chief Financial Officer, Financial Controller, and broader finance teams
