Gin joined Beaumont People in 2023 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with her a wealth of leadership experience across Education, Sports Administration, and Event Management. Throughout her diverse career, Gin has held senior leadership roles where she has driven operational excellence, led large-scale projects, and supported the growth and transformation of complex organisations. Her dynamic leadership style, combined with her pragmatic and collaborative approach, makes her an invaluable member of the Beaumont People executive team.

In her role as COO, Gin leads the Operations Team and is at the forefront of implementing critical strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of the organisation’s systems, processes, and service delivery. She works closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the business, ensuring Beaumont People remains agile, client-focused, and well-positioned for future growth.

Known for her sharp attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and ability to translate strategy into action, Gin is passionate about creating environments where both people and businesses thrive. Her focus on fostering a values-led culture underpins her commitment to ensuring Beaumont People’s internal operations reflect the same care and integrity the business extends to its clients and candidates.

Outside of work, Gin is most at home in the outdoors, where she enjoys an active lifestyle on Sydney’s beautiful northern beaches. Whether it’s coastal walks, swimming, or spending quality time with family and friends, Gin embraces every opportunity to connect with nature and recharge.
