Alma Raheem is an Executive Search Partner at Beaumont People, specialising in permanent leadership appointments across the for-purpose sector. She partners closely with Boards, CEOs and executive teams to identify and appoint leaders who can drive organisational growth, strengthen culture and create meaningful community impact.

With over 12 years of experience across sales, business development, leadership and recruitment, Alma brings a commercially minded yet deeply human approach to executive search. Clients value her ability to go beyond the CV to understand the motivations, values and leadership style behind each appointment, recognising that the right role can profoundly shape a person’s sense of identity, belonging and wellbeing.

After completing the Leadership Victoria Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2022, where she was nominated as Valedictorian by her peers, Alma became increasingly drawn to the connection between leadership, purpose and belonging. Through both her professional and personal experiences, she understands the impact that being in the “wrong” role or environment can have on a person’s sense of identity, confidence and wellbeing. Equally, she has seen how the right role, culture and leadership environment can profoundly shape someone’s sense of belonging and ability to thrive.

Known for her relational intelligence and thoughtful, consultative style, Alma combines strategic search methodology with strong sector networks and a highly personalised approach. Having lived and worked across seven countries, she brings a global perspective and natural curiosity to every engagement, with a particular interest in place-based and community-led organisations.

Alma was recognised as an RCSA Rising Star Finalist in both 2025 and 2026.

Outside of work, Alma is a passionate coffee lover, enjoys dynamic Vinyasa yoga classes, and has recently begun exploring natural horsemanship lessons: finding many parallels between leadership, trust, communication and human connection in both her personal and professional life.
