Meet the Team

Alanna joined Beaumont People in August 2023 as a Project Manager, bringing with her a broad range of experience and transferable skills from the education sector. Her background has given her a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, planning, and delivery, as well as a deep appreciation for recognising individual strengths, motivating teams, and achieving shared objectives.

In her role, Alanna is responsible for supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of projects across the business. She works closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure systems and processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with both organisational needs and client expectations. Known for her proactive and solutions‑focused approach, Alanna is adept at navigating complexity, anticipating risks, and driving practical outcomes that support operational excellence.

Alanna takes a collaborative approach to her work, valuing open communication and clarity to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and with purpose. She is committed to creating sustainable improvements that enhance the experience for both staff and clients, and she brings a calm, organised mindset to managing competing priorities.

Outside of work, Alanna enjoys spending time outdoors and staying active. In the warmer months, she can often be found sailing on Sydney Harbour, while winter sees her heading to the slopes to ski whenever possible.
