Sharon Chisholm

Talent Coordinator

Sharon originally joined the Beaumont team as their 3rd employee back in 2002 and after leaving to raise a family, rejoined in 2022 and now works as a Talent Coordinator, supporting the recruitment team nationwide.
 
Originally from the UK, Sharon brings a wealth of expertise and a strong commitment to fostering both personal and professional growth. Her background in and passion for mental health awareness has reinforced her belief that meaningful connections are essential for both well-being and professional success. Sharon is dedicated to ensuring individuals feel seen, heard, and valued; a philosophy that guides her approach to every aspect of her work.
 
Outside of her professional role, Sharon enjoys quality time with family and friends, gardening, attending the theatre, and watching films with her dogs, Hero and Mack. She loves a cheeky cocktail and eating out when she has the chance.
