Are you an experienced senior events professional looking for a flexible part-time opportunity with a collaborative and highly regarded professional services environment?

We are seeking a confident and capable  Senior Events Consultant  to provide support during a busy period, assisting with the delivery of a diverse events program across a Perth-based office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, can work autonomously, and feels comfortable managing events from planning through to execution.

The Role
Working closely with the Business Development and Marketing team, you will:
  • Coordinate and deliver a range of internal and external events
  • Manage event logistics, registrations and stakeholder communications
  • Liaise with venues, suppliers and event partners
  • Prepare event materials and ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide on-the-ground support at events where required
  • Assist with post-event reporting and follow-up activities
  • Collaborate closely with the broader BD and Marketing team
About You
To be successful, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in an events-focused role
  • The ability to confidently manage events independently
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to jump in where needed
  • The maturity and confidence to operate as the primary events contact on your working days
