About the Role
Working closely with the Payroll Team and Total Rewards function, you'll be responsible for managing the fortnightly payroll process for approximately 150 employees . The role has a strong focus on payroll processing, reporting and ensuring payroll deadlines are met accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end processing of fortnightly payroll
- Managing payroll changes including new starters, superannuation updates and employee status changes
- Payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Processing occasional bank transfers
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date
- Supporting payroll compliance and record keeping
- Previous payroll experience and the ability to manage payroll with minimal supervision
- Experience using SAP Payroll is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet strict payroll deadlines
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with reporting and payroll administration
- Contract duration: October 2026 to January 2027
- Fully remote working arrangement
- Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm, with some flexibility
- Payroll preparation is generally completed by Wednesday, with Thursday being the critical payroll processing day
- Salary equivalent of approximately $95,700 + Super (Level 4)
