About the Role
Working closely with internal teams and community stakeholders, you will oversee the planning, coordination, implementation, and continuous improvement of community-based programs and projects. You will provide leadership, ensure quality service delivery, and support positive outcomes for individuals accessing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate community service projects and programs
- Provide guidance and support to staff and stakeholders
- Monitor project outcomes, reporting, and compliance requirements
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organisations and service providers
- Support service planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and resources
- Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies and funding requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in casework, community support, community development, or a related community services field
- Previous management, supervisory, or program coordination experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities
- Experience working within a community services or not-for-profit environment
- Relevant qualifications in Community Services, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Experience working with individuals impacted by trauma (highly desirable)
- Part-time role working 3 days per week
