Payroll Contractor - LSL Audit Project
4-6 week contract | Full-time | Immediate start
We are seeking two experienced Payroll Contractors to support a busy payroll team with an upcoming Long Service Leave (LSL) audit project.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys working with data, reconciliations and detailed payroll projects.
About the role
You will assist with:
- Reviewing and validating employee LSL records and balances
- Identifying discrepancies and investigating variances
- Completing payroll reconciliations and data validation
- Working through large volumes of employee data
- Supporting audit requirements and reporting
- Ensuring payroll records are accurate and up to date
We are looking for candidates with:
- Strong end-to-end payroll experience
- Sound knowledge of Long Service Leave legislation and calculations
- Experience with payroll audits, reconciliations or data validation
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- The ability to work through large volumes of data accurately
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Dayforce or Aurion experience highly regarded
- 2 positions available
- 4-6 week contract
- Full-time hours
- Immediate start preferred
- Potential for extension depending on project requirements
