We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll professional to take ownership of payroll administration while working closely with an outsourced payroll provider.

The Role
This varied position combines payroll coordination with administration responsibilities and will suit someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems and people.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate payroll processing with an outsourced payroll provider
- Review, verify and submit payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs
- Maintain employee records and payroll documentation
- Assist with salary packaging and payroll-related administration
- Respond to employee payroll enquiries
- Support payroll reporting, compliance and record keeping
- Assist with general administrative and HR-related tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer, Payroll Administrator or similar position
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Experience working with payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Experience working with outsourced payroll arrangements will be highly regarded
- Part-time position, approximately 15 hours per week
