In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for members, conducting regular check-in calls, assisting with membership renewals, and supporting membership growth through conversion conversations with prospective members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact existing members to maintain engagement and provide support
- Manage membership renewal conversations and administration
- Assist with membership conversion and retention activities
- Maintain accurate records and update member information
- Deliver a positive and professional member experience
- Previous experience in customer service, memberships, sales support, call centre, or stakeholder engagement
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident making outbound calls and speaking with a broad range of people
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Available to commence ASAP
- Immediate start
