About the Opportunity
This newly created role will lead member acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives, supporting the success of a recently launched membership strategy. Combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, you will use member insights, stakeholder engagement and data-driven decision-making to enhance the member experience, strengthen membership value and drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of the membership strategy, tier structure and value proposition
- Drive membership acquisition, engagement and retention initiatives
- Oversee the end-to-end member experience, including onboarding, support and administration
- Analyse membership data and performance to identify opportunities and inform strategy
- Develop and deliver targeted membership campaigns across the member lifecycle
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to enhance member value and engagement
- Identify and implement process, system and automation improvements
- Experience in a Membership Manager or similar role within a membership-based organisation
- Proven ability to develop and deliver strategies that drive member acquisition, engagement, retention and growth
- Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and influencing skills
- Experience using CRM systems and membership data to inform decision-making, with iMIS experience highly regarded
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities
- A proactive, commercially minded and member-focused approach, with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering member value
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days working from home
