A small and impactful charity is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to provide hands-on support across marketing, social media, digital communications, and website management during a busy period.

This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile marketing professional who enjoys working in a small team environment, can work autonomously, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done.

About the Role
Working closely with the team, you will take ownership of day-to-day marketing and communications activity, helping to maintain and enhance the organisation's digital presence.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing and updating social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
  • Creating engaging content and scheduling social media posts
  • Updating and maintaining the organisation's WordPress website
  • Creating and distributing EDMs through Vision6
  • Designing marketing collateral using Canva
  • Supporting event communications through platforms such as Humanitix and TryBooking
  • Assisting with broader marketing and communications initiatives as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in a marketing, communications, digital marketing, or social media role
  • Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram business accounts
  • Experience using WordPress for website updates and content management
  • Experience with EDM platforms such as Vision6, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor or similar
  • Strong Canva skills and the ability to create professional marketing materials
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, self-sufficient approach with the ability to hit the ground running
