About the Opportunity
You'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that support strategic priorities. Working across campaigns, CRM marketing, agency management and audience engagement, you'll help drive member connection, grow awareness and bring important industry initiatives to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned to organisational priorities.
- Manage and optimise CRM-driven communications and processes, including audience segmentation, campaign delivery and reporting.
- Coordinate creative projects and manage relationships with external design and marketing agencies.
- Support the delivery of paid advertising and digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the development and delivery of marketing collateral across digital and channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to support projects, initiatives and industry campaigns.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing and communications campaigns.
- Strong CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or a similar platform.
- Experience managing external agencies and creative projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience using audience segmentation, analytics and data-driven marketing.
- Experience with digital marketing, paid advertising and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach.
- Experience within membership organisations or other purpose-driven organisations.
- Proficiency in graphic design and/or video editing software.
- A collaborative, high-performing team that values initiative and new ideas
