This is an excellent opportunity for someone with e-commerce or online retail experience who enjoys a varied role and is happy to be involved in both the digital and operational sides of the business.
The Role
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support the full online sales process, ensuring products are accurately uploaded and listed onto Shopify.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking, packing and dispatching clothing orders
- Photographing products for online sale
- Creating and uploading product listings to Shopify
- Managing product descriptions, pricing and inventory information
- Maintaining accurate stock records
- Supporting day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse operations
- Assisting with general administration and order fulfilment tasks as required
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail or online merchandising
- Shopify experience or exposure to similar e-commerce platforms
- Experience with order fulfilment, warehousing or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence working independently and managing competing priorities
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
- Immediate availability or the ability to commence next week
