This newly created role is perfect for someone who enjoys sitting between technology and people. You'll coordinate a complex digital ecosystem, manage vendor relationships, and help internal teams get the most out of a range of integrated platforms, without needing to be a developer or highly specialised technical expert.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Digital Programs Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and operation of Supply Nation's digital platforms and systems.
Working within a lean technology team, you'll act as the central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external technology partners. You'll ensure issues are triaged and resolved, enhancements are delivered, vendors are held accountable, and digital platforms continue to support the organisation's strategic objectives.
You'll work across a broad suite of integrated systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Xero, Qualtrics and several bespoke applications connected through Supply Nation's member portal and digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Platform Coordination
- Coordinate the day-to-day operation of multiple integrated digital platforms
- Manage platform incident triage, escalation and resolution with external vendors
- Support platform enhancements and roadmap initiatives
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Assist with testing, implementation and rollout of system changes
- Build strong relationships with external technology partners
- Coordinate activities across multiple vendors and monitor delivery against agreed outcomes
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Facilitate regular stakeholder engagement sessions to gather feedback, identify improvements and prioritise enhancements
- Translate technical information into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain system documentation, processes and application records
- Support governance, risk and security processes
- Assist with incident response planning and policy reviews
- Ensure visibility and accountability across workflows and digital operations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting using Salesforce, Google Analytics and other platforms
- Support data integrity across connected systems
- Assist with user onboarding, access provisioning and system training
- Coordinate digital projects and organisational initiatives as required
We're looking for a strong coordinator with excellent communication skills who can comfortably navigate conversations with both technical vendors and non-technical stakeholders.
You may come from backgrounds such as:
- Digital Operations
- Business Analysis
- CRM Coordination
- Systems Coordination
- Digital Platforms Administration
- Technology Project Coordination
- Experience coordinating digital platforms, enterprise systems or technology programs
- Exposure to Salesforce and ideally environments where Salesforce integrates with other business systems
- Understanding of APIs and system integrations (you can explain technical concepts simply to non-technical audiences)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
- Experience managing vendors or external service providers
- Excellent organisational skills and operational discipline
- Confidence working across multiple systems, priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong documentation and reporting capability
- Experience within a not-for-profit, membership or purpose-driven organisation
- Exposure to HubSpot, Xero, Qualtrics, LearnWorlds or similar platforms
- Knowledge of governance, risk or information security processes
