The Role
As the Digital Fundraising Specialist, you'll be responsible for planning, delivering and optimising digital fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll use performance data and testing to drive results and maximise supporter engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver digital fundraising campaigns that achieve revenue and engagement targets
- Manage campaign execution across email, social media, paid advertising and web channels
- Conduct ongoing testing and optimisation of digital fundraising activities
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Produce campaign reporting and post-campaign evaluations
- Use supporter data and analytics to inform strategy and improve future activity
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in digital fundraising within the not-for-profit sector
- Strong understanding of Individual Giving, donor acquisition, retention and supporter journeys
- Hands-on experience managing fundraising campaigns across email, paid social, Google Ads and digital platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimise performance
- Experience using digital marketing, fundraising and reporting platforms
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
