Key Responsibilities
- Deliver reporting, analysis and business intelligence services to support fundraising, marketing and operational teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards and analytical insights using Power BI or similar tools.
- Conduct campaign analysis, data mining and supporter profiling to identify growth opportunities.
- Produce regular KPI and forecasting reports.
- Build and deliver data extracts for direct marketing campaigns.
- Support stakeholder requests for reporting, analysis and data-driven insights.
- Monitor and maintain existing data warehouse processes and reporting structures.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes and reporting efficiency.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or Reporting Analyst role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases or data warehouses.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector.
- Snowflake experience.
- Experience with fundraising or CRM platforms such as Raiser's Edge.
