Are you an organised administrator who enjoys providing excellent customer service and being the welcoming face of an organisation? We're seeking a Clerical Officer to join a supportive education environment, providing essential administrative support to staff, students, families and visitors. 

This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives on keeping things organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and timely administrative support across the school office. 
  • Manage records, databases, correspondence and documentation. 
  • Prepare letters, reports, presentations and other business documents. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, families and stakeholders, creating a welcoming experience. 
  • Support project coordination and communication with key stakeholders. 
  • Process invoices, expenses and assist with payroll administration activities.
  • Maintain and update information systems, spreadsheets and databases. 
  • Coordinate office supplies, catering, maintenance requests and general office operations. 
About You
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative role. 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience within education, disability, community services or a similar sector will be highly regarded.
