Working closely with experienced consultants, you'll assist with candidate sourcing, screening, compliance, and general recruitment administration to help deliver quality talent solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Screen candidates and conduct introductory phone interviews
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
- Complete compliance checks, including references and working rights verification
- Maintain accurate candidate records and database updates
- Prepare candidate documents and support recruitment processes
- Assist with talent pooling and ad response management
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration, HR, customer service, or office support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Available to commence at short notice
