Partnerships Manager – Digital Divide
  
Join Good360 on their mission to solve the digital divide by leveraging your partnership skills to expand and manage the Digital Divide Program.
  • An exciting role with the power to influence and make a real impact to Australian’s by leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and networking skills to grow a program designed to combat the digital divide!
  • Open to candidates based in Australia’s major capital cities, preferably SYDNEY or MELBOURNE
  • Full time or 4 days a week | Flexible work hours (start earlier/finish later) | Hybrid work
  • 4 days extra annual leave (day off on your birthday & Christmas shut down.

About the Role:
   
Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? Good360 is on a mission to tackle two pressing issues head-on: reducing waste and fighting digital exclusion. With $2.5 billion worth of unsold goods going to waste annually and 1 in 4 Australians experiencing digital exclusion , the need for action is urgent. But we're not just about identifying problems; we're about creating solutions that make a real difference.
  
We're seeking an enthusiastic and driven Partnerships Manager (Digital Divide) to spearhead our efforts in closing the digital gap. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead our Digital Divide Program, turning outdated devices into tools of transformation for those who need them most. From connecting individuals with essential online services to supporting students' educational development, your work will have a direct impact on building a more inclusive society.
  
But that's not all. As part of our Growth & Partnerships division, you'll also play a crucial role in managing our corporate partnerships. By cultivating relationships with businesses that share our vision, you'll help us expand our reach and amplify our impact.
 
Ideally you will have an established network of industry contacts, be a confident networker and relationship builder, have strong organisational skills and demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence to drive positive outcomes for Good360.
  
Skills and Experience :
  • Experience in fundraising, corporate partnership, tech/IT sales or similar.
  • A natural networker with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.
  • An entrepreneurial flare and passion for the Digital Divide program to grow and excel the program to its full potential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.
  • Experience with external relationship building and donor management.
  • Genuine interest in working in a Not-for-Profit to make significant environmental and social change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team or autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Self-driven and strong results focus.
