Tips On Applying to Work with Beaumont People
When applying for one of our roles we recommend drawing on your values and expertise, which we look at closely through the recruitment process. We have also created a FREE Cover Letter Template if you’re looking for guidance on how to write one.

Firstly, we want to make sure we are a good fit for each other, and that Beaumont People aligns with your values. Our company values are integrity, excellence, ambition, collaboration, and fun, so if you feel these align with your own, we’d love to know.
Secondly, we see if you are a good fit for the role you are applying for. For this, we look at your expertise in the areas related to your role. For instance, if you don’t have the industry experience for our associate recruitment consultant roles, consider applying for the Beaumont Academy, where you can learn all the basics.
Our Hiring Process
- Have a look at our job board and filter your search by “Work for Us” to see what roles are available
- Get in contact with Our People & Culture Lead, Taylor Sharp, or our team through email, phone call or by submitting your resume through our job board here
- At this stage, you may be contacted for an initial screening with us. This involves having your application reviewed and having an initial phone call with Taylor or another member of our team
- If successful, you will then go through the interview process with our excellent Recruitment Managers or General Managers (come prepared, we’d love to hear all that you can offer at Beaumont people)
- If successful again, you will complete any psychometric or knowledge-based testing applicable to the role
- Have a reference check
- At this stage, if we think you’ll fit into our team you will get the job offer!
Our Onboarding Process
Once you receive and accept the offer to work for us, you will commence the onboarding process, which looks like this:
Before you start
Between being hired and your first day at work, Taylor, or another member of our team, will be in constant contact with you to answer any questions you may have and guide you towards your first day with us.

First day at work
We’ll make sure your desk is all set up and ready to go! This includes sending you your laptop and some goodies to help your get settled. Whether you start in the office or at home. After making sure you all set up at home, we’ll guide you through your first day.
Settling in
You’ll be welcomed by the Beaumont Team, given an introduction on our social media accounts, featured on our website and have meetings with all parts of the business to get to know everyone in their different fields.
First few weeks
You will be guided through your first couple of weeks by our experienced trainers and teams. You will be provided with in-depth training that will help you kick off your new journey at Beaumont People.
