Why did you become a recruiter?
I fell into it, as most people do!
What makes you want to stay in Recruitment?
I love working with Charities and finding them the right talent to enable them to do the amazing work that they do.
You have been with Beaumont People since 2019, what made you want to join our team?
The view from the office isn’t bad! All jokes aside, the culture here is wonderful, and you get a sense of that as soon as you walk through the doors.
You specialise in Corporate Services, can you give a brief summary of the type of roles you recruit?
In a nutshell, any office-based roles excluding Marketing and Fundraising! That can be anything from receptionists to EA’s, to Human Resources, Finance, and Database Management, and more!
What is your favourite #BeaumontPerk and why?
It has to be the 4-Day Work Week. Not only is it a great motivator, as you have to qualify for it by meeting certain targets, but having that flexibility during the week allows me to do errands that I wouldn’t normally have time to do. I can enjoy my weekends and come back on Mondays feeling ready to start the week!
What makes work #meaningful to you?
Working with fabulous people find great opportunities in the wonderful charity sector – it doesn’t get more meaningful than that and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
