Each year, we look forward to the Beaumont People Annual Conference, which usually involves the team going away for a few days, previously enjoying Bowral Estates and even the Adelaide wine region. During this time, we celebrate the achievements of the past financial year,  discuss future plans and goals, and bond through numerous team building activities. Naturally, this year looked a bit different, taking our conference virtual for the very first time. But it did not lack the usual energy and joy that comes from celebrating wins, engaging in team workshops and enjoying a special guest speaker, this year being Paul Taylor who spoke to us about the 7 Rituals of Mental Vitality.

We also take the time each year, to celebrate those who have gone above and beyond, recognising their achievements at our Annual Awards Night. Join us in our celebrations of this year's winners:

Mel Lewis, Senior Consultant – Mel received the Champion of Champions Award and Personal

Achiever Award. What a year she has had, kicking company and personal goals left, right and centre! She has taken this year all in her stride and achieved extraordinary results which we are really proud of. Learn more about Mel here.

Dean McCowan, Consultant – Dean received the Candidate Service Excellence Award and Best New Starter Award for building strong, respectful relationships and providing exceptional service.
