Winners of Beaumont People's Annual Awards 2023

Each year, our Beaumont People team comes together for the Annual Conference and Awards Night.

Held at Manly's Q Station, this year's conference held an electric energy as we explored the power of strategy, goal setting, and the magic of storytelling. Our guest speaker, the remarkable Kirk Docker, co-creator and director of the ABC hit program "You Can't Ask That," left us inspired and awestruck with his insights into authentic storytelling. His words resonated deeply, reminding us of the strength that comes from embracing our unique narratives.

And what better way to wrap up this incredible day than our Awards Night, a celebratory conclusion that perfectly encapsulated the spirit of unity and achievement.

Join us in our celebrations of this year's winners:

Kristina Lesko, Principal Recruitment Consultant - Kristina received the Champion of Champions Award. Our Champion of Champions Award is one of our most prestigious awards, considering all areas of the recruitment process and recognising their strong will to succeed and overcome any challenges that come their way. This award acknowledges Kristina's outstanding ambition, resilience, and extraordinary effort.

Alyssa Long, Senior Recruitment Consultant - Being the top of the SourcR leader board with a score of 100, it's no surprise that Alyssa takes candidate service to the next level.
