Student Recruitment Manager
Beaumont People is collaborating with Australia’s first creative institute focused solely on music to support with their recruitment for a Student Recruitment Manager. With over five decades of industry expertise, this music institute has empowered over 6,000 artists (alumni) by providing them with tools and knowledge necessary to refine their skills and thrive in the music industry.
About the role
- Develop and implement an integrated sales and student recruitment strategy for the Sydney and Melbourne campuses.
- Lead and manage the student recruitment team of 3.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead tracking, follow-up, and conversion.
- Set and monitor short- and long-term sales targets, providing the tools and support needed to achieve them.
- Analyse and report on sales performance, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with high school music and performing arts educators and career advisers.
- Lead the delivery of key events and expos
About you
You bring experience in the higher education sector and possess a strong understanding of the student recruitment lifecycle. Your proven track record of implementing successful recruitment strategies will see you consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential. Additionally, we are seeking a professional with excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, ideally with experience working closely with high school educators and staff to drive recruitment efforts.
