to support our high-performing recruiters across the entire hiring process.

- Sourcing candidates via JobAdder, LinkedIn, SEEK Talent Search and beyond;
- Screening and scheduling interviews, keeping candidates informed every step of the way;
- Preparing resumes and candidate summaries for clients;
- Conducting reference checks and ensuring compliance in our systems;
- Supporting your consultant with shortlisting, lead generation, and candidate engagement; and
- Keeping our database accurate and up-to-date.
- A proactive, people-oriented attitude - you care about doing things well;
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail;
- Experience in admin, customer service or sales support;
- Driven and results-oriented, with a tenacious approach to achieving success;
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a supportive team environment; and
- Confident communicator who thrives on collaboration.
