Membership Services Coordinator
  • Fully remote opportunity, candidate must be located within Australia
  • 0.8 FTE
  • $80,000 + super (FTE), pro rata
About the Change Management Institute
The Change Management Institute is a global, independent, not-for-profit association of change professionals. Created by members, for members, we’re dedicated to pushing the boundaries of the change management profession.

The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Membership & Volunteer Services Coordinator to manage and improve the experience of our members and volunteers across the globe. Reporting to the Operations Team, you will play a central role in growing and supporting our community, maintaining systems, and contributing to the ongoing success of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the membership lifecycle—from recruitment to renewal.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the member base.
  • Handle member communications, respond to inquiries, and deliver excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the communications team on newsletters, updates, and outreach.
  • Analyse membership data to inform future initiatives, coordinate onboarding, engagement, and offboarding of country and chapter volunteers.
  • Maintain volunteer resources, collect feedback, and help improve the volunteer experience.
  • Ensure the membership database is accurate and compliant with data regulations.
Previous skills and experience
  • Experience in membership services, customer engagement, or volunteer management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft SharePoint, and/or Learning Management Systems
  • A proactive attitude, ready to support a global community
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Experience in not-for-profit or association sectors
  • An interest in change management or professional development
