At Beaumont People, we’re on the lookout for a Marketing Executive to join our passionate team and support us in our continual growth in brand, elevate our communications, and connect with people who care about work that matters.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for executing and enhancing our marketing, communications and events initiatives. From managing digital channels, to supporting consultants with personalised campaigns, your work will build brand trust, generate leads and showcase our impact to the community.
You will be a key role in:
- Marketing & Brand: Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns, build engagement through storytelling and thought leadership, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Digital & Content: Manage and optimise our website, lead email marketing including newsletters and automation, and create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Events: Collaborate with the recruitment teams to create in-person events and webinars that generate leads and build sector-wide engagement. You will manage logistics, communications, feedback and ROI tracking.
- Consultant Support: Provide tailored marketing support to our recruiters, including social templates, pitch documents and proposals.
- Proven experience in a generalist marketing executive role (ideally B2B or services sector);
- Strong copywriting, content creating, and stakeholder engagement skills;
- Hands-on experience with website content management systems (CMS), email tools, Canva, and social media platforms;
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and website performance reporting;
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to manage internal and external stakeholders; and
- Highly organised, and excited to work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven business.
