Job Description

Training and Events Administrator for a NFP organisation in the upper North Shore, temporary basis - full time. $27.50 + super.

Duties include but are not limited to: 
  • Answer training inquires via phone and email
  • Filing
  • Maintain and update the iMIS database
  • Keep records of organisations training processes
  • Maintain and distribute material for upcoming events via social media
  • Create attendance certificates and maintain attendance records
  • liaise with speakers, venues and volunteer facilitators  
To be successful for the role:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Knowledge of iMIS database is a bonus!
  • Previous experience in events admin is essential
  • Previous experience in training, education or course management is essential
