Job Description
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer training inquires via phone and email
- Filing
- Maintain and update the iMIS database
- Keep records of organisations training processes
- Maintain and distribute material for upcoming events via social media
- Create attendance certificates and maintain attendance records
- liaise with speakers, venues and volunteer facilitators
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of iMIS database is a bonus!
- Previous experience in events admin is essential
- Previous experience in training, education or course management is essential
