Job Description

Are you an experienced;
  • EA, Receptionist, Administrator, Admissions or Student Services representative?
  • We have numerous temporary and contract opportunities becoming available over the next two months across various regions within Sydney.
Roles typically include;
  • Answering a switchboard phone
  • Diary &event management, minute taking, formatting correspondence, end of month expenses.
  • Meeting and greeting on behalf of the client
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Dealing with couriers
  • General Administration duties
  • Word processing, presentation, working on excel spreadsheets
  • Student Admissions - Domestic and International
  • Customer Service - face to face and over the phone
  • Assisting with Student Enrolments
  • Data entry and processing
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading
  • Fulfilling team admin requests
  • Other ad hoc general admin duties
