Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting arrangements, some travel bookings, Board and Committee paper preparation, meeting minutes, managing budgets and general administration.
To apply for the role you will have:
- Demonstrable administration experience at PA/EA level for a CEO/CFO level manager
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
