Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- End to end development & execution of the events & sponsorship strategy
- Budget management & post event analysis
- Manage relationships & offer guidance to individual community donors
- Manage all volunteer recruitment & engagement
- Identify innovative opportunities for increasing community activity
- Represent the charity by playing an active and visible role with churches
- Implement effective systems for managing events & sponsorships

- Confident working under pressure
- Outstanding communication & presentation skills both written & verbal
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Experience in managing budgets, project expenditure & delivering organisational outcomes
- Confidence leading and mentoring staff members and volunteers
- Programmatic, with strong project management skills
- Self- motivated and enthusiastic
