Job Description
The team are looking for a driven, outcome focused individual to take responsibility for managing the CRM system working closely with the marketing and fundraising team. Your focus will be on maintaining the integrity of the data, optimising the use of the database and reporting on the success of marketing and communications campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer donor management system (The Raisers Edge)
- Report and advise on the success of marketing & fundraising campaigns through analysis and offer guidance for future campaigns.
- Maintain data integrity by regular review and cleansing of information
- Reporting as required to internal teams (finance, executive management, marketing etc)
- Analyse financial reports
- Provide support to the wider team on the database and processes
- Ensure sufficient processes are maintained around the storage of donor records
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- Previous experience in a similar database administration role
- Intermediate - Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRMs (Raisers Edge is an advantage)
- Experience of working within fundraising or marketing (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
