- Maintain data integrity by regular review and cleansing of information
- Reporting as required to internal teams (finance, executive management, marketing etc)
- Analyse financial reports
- Provide support to the wider team on the database and processes
- Ad hoc admin projects as needed
- Previous experience using Imis or Salesforce is essential
- Advanced knowledge of excel and Microsoft word
- Ability to do reporting,
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Exceptional relationship management
- Good time management and the ability to work to deadlines
- Good project management skills
- High attention to detail
- Reporting & analysis experience
