Job Description

A dynamic and forward-thinking membership based organisation in Melbourne’s CBD is looking for a talented and strategic CRM Administrator for an 8 week temporary position. This role is responsible for the effective functioning of the CRM system, to ensure all business units have the functionality, processes, systems and analytics support to meet their business objectives. Successful candidates must have iMIS experience.
You will:
  • Manage the application and use of iMIS to optimise its use and create business efficiencies
  • Manage the system software vendor to ensure cost effective, timely, and efficient service is provided
  • Ensure integrity of data
  • Write procedures and business rules for iMIS processes
  • Manage the implementations of upgrades, and stay up to date with the latest releases and new functionality on iMIS
  • Be a proactive self-starter
To be successful for this position you must have extensive experience with iMIS, and experience with report writing and IQA is desirable.  If you have the relevant experience and are available immediately please apply right away!
