Beaumont People are currently seeking candidates with experience in administration, membership services and office management. Role includes:

- Booking meeting rooms
- Meeting and greeting on behalf of the client
- Answering a switchboard phone
- Dealing with couriers
- General Administration duties
- Word processing, presentation, working on excel spreadsheets
- Data entry and processing
- Filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading
- Fulfilling team admin requests
- Other ad hoc general admin duties
