In this role you will:
- Help provide administration support with tender submissions
- Assist team members travel arrangements
- Maintain the document management system
- Assist with the design of presentations
- Maintain purchase orders and invoices
- Coordinating functions, business meetings, Christmas parties
- Answer incoming phone calls and meet and greet of clients
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have great attention to detail
- Be intermediate to advanced in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Hold previous experience supporting a busy team
- Have strong organisational skills
- Experience within the Construction industry highly preferred
