About the role:
- Working closely with hiring managers to plan and strategies for their recruitment needs
- Manage the end to end recruitment process for all roles within your portfolio
- Plan and conduct the recruitment and selection processes from start to on-boarding working closely stakeholders
- Develop and grow strong talent pipelines of qualified candidates
- Performing reference/background checks
- Working closely with HR for on-boarding needs
- Minimum 3 years recruitment experience either as a in-house or agency recruiter
- Solid proven ability to conduct different types of interviews such as structured formal, informal
- Proven ability to think laterally and explore multiple avenues when sourcing quality candidates
- Experience in using various candidate search platforms
- Strong relationship management, negotiating skills
- An excellent ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
