Systems Change Project Manager
The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the project / change management of Living My Way automation program of work, supporting the CEO in the successful delivery of Living My Way strategic outcomes and reporting to the board on the program of work.
This role is offered as a 12 month contract
Main Responsibilities:
- Project managing and leading organisational change initiatives including the digital transformation / automation of all operational processes including the integration and data transfer between systems
- Production of user manuals, training videos and material for all systems tailored for each different stakeholder group and user device / application (members, support workers and staff)
- Documentation of all associated business processes to the systems utilised by Living My Way
- The monitoring and reporting of the business’ performance against the automation program of work
- Providing input to the organisations risk management framework as it pertains to the automation program including actioning all IT & T mitigations
- Development and delivery of BCP/DR plans
- Assessing organisational capacity and needs to support the automation program and presenting business cases for investment
- Ensuring LMW’s systems and associated processes meet all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Managing the Information Technology and Telecommunications needs and services
- Contract management of any IT&T service providers to LMW
- Providing strategic advice and support to CEO and Board on the IT&T roadmap
- Preparing Program Reporting to Board Transition Committee
- Be a clear and active communicator with board members, staff and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing IT systems, IT Transformation Projects and Infrastructure
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Well-developed project management capability
- Extensive negotiation and procurement, vendor management capability
- Extensive Change Management capability
