Job Description

We are seeking experienced Administrators, Receptionists, Student Enrollment Advisors and Admissions staff for a range of temporary short and long term assignments within the Education Sector. 
  
Are you experienced in Reception, Administration, Admissions or Student Services? We have numerous temporary opportunities available. 

Roles typically include;
  • Answering a switchboard phone
  • Meeting and greeting on behalf of the client
  • Booking meeting rooms
  • Dealing with couriers
  • General Administration duties
  • Word processing, presentation, working on excel spreadsheets
  • Admissions 
  • Assisting with Student Enrolments
  • Data entry and processing
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading
  • Fulfilling team admin requests
  • Other ad hoc general admin duties
