This person will be responsible for managing the student enrolment process including timetabling, classing, course transfers and other administrative support for the company.
General Duties
- Managing timetabling across all aspects of the course including exams, managing enrolment and re-enrolment, and ensure all visa requirements are met for international students
- Determine student eligibility to graduate, produce academic transcripts and qualifications as required
- Maintain PRISMS and SMS to ensure all active students are regularly updated, and record/log all student queries and issues
- Provide expert support, advice and guidance, deliver exceptional customer service and support to students, staff and visitors
- Maintain databases and assist with data analytics whilst maintaining confidentiality, respond to all queries in a timely manner via phone, email and in person
- Participate and assist with student events, including orientations and graduations
This role requires an outgoing personality and the ability to multi-task. This person will be confident, well-presented and have great communication skills and a passion to support students.
Successful candidates will have
- Customer service focus and experience, with strong administration and problem-solving skills
- Experience working within the education sector
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and the ability to work well in a team setting
- A high-degree of self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
- General understanding of student management databases and/or customer service relationship management systems, or the ability to learn these databases efficiently
