Job Description

Senior Human Resources Administrator 
  • Working within the Education Sector
  • Temporary 3 month opportunity 
  • Paying $30.00 - $35.00 per hour + Super
The Role

This Senior Human Resources administrator/generalist will work as part of the Human Resources team supporting a variety of internal stakeholders.
  • Provide advice to managers and staff on job descriptions, workforce management matters, induction, orientation, payroll, recruitment
  • Manage key HR data and reporting 
  • Assisting with Human Resources admin including: drafting contracts and letters, shortlisting, reference checking, & scheduling appointments
  • Organising meeting & training rooms and other ad hoc duties.
  • Auditing personnel files
  • Adhoc HR admin projects
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline. 
  • HR experience across generalist functions 
  • High level of interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to high level decision making
  • Experience working within change management
