Job Description

You will be a part of the close knit Customer Service team. Due to internal restructure they are seeking a Senior Customer Service Agent who may be looking for that "next step" in their career.


The main duties of this role include: 

• Build trusted customer relationships, both external and internal
• To ensure total customer satisfaction for both internal and external customers
• Be responsive to customer enquiries and requests
• To effectively manage the order process, including orders received by phone, fax, email and via EDI
• Key orders as well as manage the EDI ordering process
• Claims & ullage Management
• Manage back order process
• Handle complaints within an acceptable time frame
• Liaise with warehouses to ensure all orders and delivery dates and times are adhered to
• Process third party data including the updating of customer data bases
• Key and authorize all interstate stock transfers 
• Liaise with Supply Chain on stock levels and manage out of stock situations;
• Ensure all returns and short deliveries are processed effectively managed and that paperwork and Pick Up Dockets are processed
• Continually measure and evaluate service levels to set standards
