Job Description

  • Work for a leading Education provider
  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • 5-6-week assignment, paying $45 per hour + super
ABOUT THE ROLE
This person will be responsible for coordinating and managing the Executive team providing communication and writing support for a variety of services. The key responsibilities of this role include;
  • Draft and develop correspondence, communications, submissions and reports on behalf of the leaders within the business
  • Provide secretariat support to the Executive Planning Group and other committees
  • High level of formal protocol, contributing to the development of procedures to maintain the standard of communication required for the peak office
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofing and presentation skills
  • Providing efficient, timely and accurate responses to all requests
ABOUT YOU
  • Experience working with a high level of protocol, for example ministerial correspondence officers or those with a secretariat background are highly desired
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofing and presentation skills
  • A tertiary qualification or an equivalent combination of secretarial/administrative experience and/or education/training
  • Warm, welcoming demeanour with a hardworking attitude
  • Immediately available for 5-6 weeks
