Within this role you will be required to:-
- Be responsible for processing orders and handling sales inquiries
- Work extensively with vendors, logistics providers and customers to organise shipment and deliveries.
- Handle Shipments, customer clearance, deliveries and Invoicing
- Provide support to customer service and Sales
Knowledge and experience required
- A minimum of 3 years working experience
- Strong service and teamwork/collaboration mindset
- Strong problem solving and judgement abilities
- Time management skills
- Proficient English both oral and written
- Strong Computer skills in MS Office and Outlook
